Norwegian newspaper VG quote a New England Journal of Medicine article saying the medical appliance of heroin reduces crime. While it is obvious to most of us, it is nice to have proof.

This is so fucking logical and has always been to me.
ReplyDeleteMust have been a real waste of money to proof this.
The most important is to find out whether free heroin in the long run is best for the addict compared to methadon.
May be that's what they were looking for.
