On the evening after the first day of walking on my first caminando I met a holy man by the name of St. Alvaro. According to him there are only three rules a pilgrim must follow.
1. Speak as little as possible.
2. Use as little as possible.
3. Pray as much as possible.
Like all rules I follow these rules with moderation.
